Education:
* Master Degree in Mining
* Fluent in English, written and spoken
Experiences:
10-15 years of experiences in mining studies and operational mining activities, management of mining contract, should have nickel mining experiences and with International is advantage.
Skills:
* Mine Planning (Short term and long term)
* HSE Awareness
* CAPEX and OPEX studies
* Understanding pre-mining activities
* Familiar with Contract Tendering and mining law regulations
* Good knowledge of mining equipment
* Geotechnical basics
* Experiences with bulk material handling is plus
* Geological basics
* Pit Design and optimization
* Able to manage a team, at ease with regulation and man power issues.
* Computer literate
* Leader ship skills
