Strong technical background in Metamorphic rocks or known as Hard Rock Mining
Excellent skills in ungrounded mine Design, Scheduling, Costing and Optimization
Skillful in the use of major mine software
Good business development skills
Good interpersonal skills
Requirements:
Degree in Mining Engineering with a Professional Engineering designation
15 years or more underground Hard Rock Mining engineering and operations experience
A network in Canada or North America
